Hi Mr. Li. I have a tenant in hand. A very nice Paskitani family. Tenant is an expat at an IT company in Changi Business Park. His wife is a housewife, daughter is going through PSLE in 2012. Very nice tenant who maintains his unit well, and always prompt on payment. He can move in 1st Jan or 1st Feb. He has been looking for a Whitewater unit for the past two weeks so hopefully he has not confirmed anything yet.

Hi Mr Li,

With advertisements, there should be no issues getting tenants to come for viewing. However, the critical question is if you will be paying any commissions to agents for marketing your unit.

Reason being, there are tenants who are unwilling to pay commissions and owners who are also unwilling to pay commissions.

You can easily rent out your unit at around $3,200 if you need to rent it out fast. Otherwise, you may like to hold your price at around $3,500 to see if anyone is willing to offer that price. Neighbouringg Livia and Oasis@ Elias 3 bedrooms are calling at around $4,000 as they are brand new units.
