I got a 2 bedroom unit for rental. Location is D15 along still road. Full furnished, n close to met n major expressway. Going to town is 5 mins. How much can I get out from rental?
Facility is automate/carpark/close to parkway n katong 112.

Hi Sky,

Other than autogate and carpark, is there any other facility in the project and will you be renting it out as a furnished or unfurnished unit?

I would say that to attract tenants fast, a reasonable asking rental would likely be in the range of $3200. Of course, you may ask for more, however, take up rate could likely be slower, since there are so many units available for rent out in the market.
