I found a suitable unit on PropertyGuru and is looking to sign the TA soon. However I have a short question hoping to be solved here.

The unit is posted by an agent and I assume that he represents the owner. I approached him and expressed my interest.

Am I right to say that in this case I don't have an agent representing me? Or this agent can represent both me and the owner at the same time and collect commission from both party?

Hi, an agent is not supposed to collect commission from both sides. And in this case, he is representing the landlord and you do not have a servicing agent.
