I find this project too near to the HDB flats to be priced so high. The amount of wasted space (aircon ledges & balconies) is also unbelievably huge. I think buyers really need to beware!

This is not the first time very negative comments about some Jurong projects being made here.

It seems some are abusing this section of Propertyguru to 'bad mouth' some projects.

    I think the issues of the large amounts of wasted spaces and how sellers are charging high psf for those wasted spaces is a vital concern for potential buyers not to be undermined. J Gateway is indeed surrounded by hdb flats that are low in pricing, so it is natural for property observers to question the rationale of its current pricing. If you are marketing condos in jurong, we understand why you would hold a biased view against my comments.
