I find there are two agents post the same house on guru. All the pictures are the same. Can I trust them? I am a bit skeptical about the reliability of these agents.

Hi Biao Huang, to have only 2 agents marketing the same unit are very common. For some units, you could see that there are more than 5 different agents assisting the seller.
