I dont know if my landlord has house insurance - against fire, etc. I dont want to ask him because he is an extremely unpleasant and impatient man. I am concerned about the wiring in the house and although an electrician has been around, i still feel its faulty. I'm wondering if I should take some insurance so my question is, : I am only the renter- therefore CAN I still get insurance for the house?
