I do have hard cash of 500k and wish to purchase a private apt but i do have problem with the loan and because of my
income I declare too low pls get some one who is in the loan expert to help not any agent just for the sake getting business deal done.a person who care answer and straigh forward

Evening William,

which bank does you deal with previously on your loan?

Other than UOB, Standard Chartered also offers the AUM scheme if not, OCBC can assist with self employed personnels whose income is declared considerably low to get any loan from other banks but loan will mostly like be up to 75% only.

If you are keen, I can ask my bankers to advise you if you have not speak any bankers from these banks.
