I discovered from MOM's website that the Employment pass of my tenant is now invalid. My agent keeps telling me that he can't get hold of tenant to obtain copy/photo of new EP. I'm not sure if he is actually trying to contact tenant or tenant simply ignore him. What shall I do? Thanks.

Hi, you could ask for the tenant contact number from your agent and to call him or her instead. And demand from the tenant that he or she is to produce the EP card and to show it to you.

    Thanks. The tenant has in the past months made several unreasonable against the management office via agent to me. As such, I am not sure if it is a good idea to contact her via phone/email directly?

Giving your agent the benefit of doubts, perhaps the tenant might have 'left' the country...hence uncontactable.

You can obtain tenant's number from your agent and try calling yourself... if you cant get hold of tenant, then your agent is telling the truth.

Alternatively, you should be able to track tenant's employer (in LOI or TA). Check with the employer.

    Her ex-employer is a big MNC so not quite possible to obtain her phone number easily. Accordingly to Linkedin, she has already left that job and set up her own company.
