I currently own a low-floor 4-room unit at this block, and is contemplating selling it. Roughly how much is this worth currently? (short of spending close to $200 to valuate it)

Morning Ms L,

The estimated valuation for 4 room flat is around $530k $550k to and 5 room flat around $650k to $665k. As for the selling price, it would depend on your unit's condition, facing and property type.
