I currently have 3 residential properties on hand. Do 3% ABSD apply if I'll to invest into commerical unit?

Hi, there is no ABSD for commercial unit but there is GST that you need to pay. If you purchase it through your company that is GST registered, you can claim back the GST but please check your eligibility with IRAS. Feel free to contact me if you need
