If you only have 1 outstanding mortgage loan, the max loan for 2nd mortgage loan is 50%. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

Hi,

As this will be your 2nd home loan, you can loan up to maximum of 50% of the purchase price or valuation price, whichever is lower.

As for your 50% downpayment, do take note that 25% must be in form of cash, while the balance 25% can be paid using CPF, after setting aside the Half Minimum Sum.

As this is your 3rd property, 10% ABSD applies.

Dear Sir,

The max loan that you can obtain is 50%. You will also want to factor in the Additional Buyer Stamp Duty of 10% into your financial planning. This is on top of the normal stamp duty payable which is about 3%.

May I ask what is the objectives of buying this 3rd property, do you intend to use it for own stay or just for investments? Since you have an existing mortgage in hand, you can obtain max of 50% loan for the intended purchase. ABSD payable will be 10% if you are SC.
