Dear Prashant,

I am wondering if there have been incidents over the past 2 years which requires attention other than renewal process where you are looking for a salesperson to come in and assist you in the renewal process?

That could be part of a reason where there was no news from the consultant in part but I am just speculating here.

In most cases where tenants, landlords, sellers or buyers engages the services of a salesperson, it is to ensure that all interests are taken care of and that there is no mis-representation throughout the process of transaction simply because they do not feel confident to handle it all on their own.

If you are in this category, I suggest you speak to a consultant with a good track record in rental and follow ups to take on your case.
