I bought my 5 room flat @480k in 2012 after my divorce finalized recently we have to sell the house according to court order. Current valuation est $420k and we have to let it go at a loss. As I don't have any profit selling this house, I'm wondering is there any agent out there who are willing to help me with my situation at a minimum cost?
