I bought an EC unit and awaiting for TOP. I aware that this unit has been used as a holding unit serviced as agent office. Later I realized that this unit also serve as a walk in show flat as the
Air-con has been operating for 24/7 and visitors in-out.
Agent replied that my unit is under developer ownership as long as no TOP release and key issue to the buyer.
As a buyer, I cannot do anything about it.
