I bought a resale HDB in 2006, stayed for a year, and then rented it out until now (because working overseas). Can I buy an overseas property now? Please help.

Morning Lee,

Did you purchase the resale unit with grant and / or HDB loan? The MOP requirement differ when you utilize HDB grant, with HDB loan or Bank loan. The period of rental which you have applied for will not be considered into the MOP requirement.
