I bought a penthouse unit a year ago, the apartment TOP late 2009 by the developer Worldclass. I realised that the apartment are full of cracks and many seepage problems.The developer only do those with seepage problem but the cracks they said are superficial cracks. All these are not new cracks that just appeared, it appeared since 2011, the cracks got worst over the next 2-3 years. After several complaint email to developer, they came down to do an inspection just to say that they were superficial cracks and the warranty period is over. If you look at the photos on the crack walls, you will not amazed. Can anyone share how I can do? I think anyone should think carefully about the developer when you buy million dollars apartment.
