Morning Yusan,

If you are SC owner, you will be eligible to purchase your second property and yet maintain your current HDB unit. You will be subjected to 7% ABSD. You will also be required to set aside the CPF minimum sum before you are able to utilize the balance for mortgage repayment.

Hi Yusan,

Yes, you can buy private condo and keep your HDB, as you have completed the 5 yrs MOP. Either you stay in your HDB and rent out your condo or stay condo, rent HDB, either way is approved.
