I bought a 1-bedder unit in Parc Rosewood in Oct-16 for staying. As I was unaware of Seller Stamp Duty, it will be a lost if I try to sell now, is there any way maximize the return of the condo? If rent, what is the rates now?

Hi.
Rental is around 1600-1700 for 1 bedroom.I am afraid u either t
need to rent or stay the 3rd year.It would definitely be better to sell around that time also as market is turning.

Good morning owner,

you can opt to rent out your unit if you decide not to occupy for your own usage.

Recent transaction is $1500 up. Do take note tenants are price sensitive. I do understand your unit is renovated with new furnitures but if the unit is left vacant for a duration, you will stand to lose more in rental income.

Commission guideline for rental is 1 month rental for lease up to 24 months.
