I am yet to fulfill 5 years period in my house. can I sell my house? or can I only sell my house after 5 years?

Afternoon Lee,

Under normal situation, HDB owners are only eligible to sell their unit upon fulfilling the MOP. However, there are always exceptional cases where HDB will approve the sales prior to that. This is however based on case by case basis, prior HDB approval.
