For investment purposes,there is 3 main category that you need to look into,

Location, Capital Appreciation, and Rental income (if not staying).

Hi buddy, in general, yes. The only question is how much nett profit will u make?

And u have to ask yourself 2 important questions: why do I buy Pasir Ris? And who will buy my this Pasir Ris unit after 5yrs? :)

Because as a property investor myself, I will consider more than just the above.
