Hi,

2 Bedder at Changi Court rental contracts were transacted at ranges between 2,300 - 2,600, between Aug 2014 and Sept 2014. Final rental amount also depends on the condition of the unit and the furniture provided. I do have a tenant group of 2 working in Changi Business Park which can rent from December onwards, they are looking to get an unit urgently. May I get some photos of your unit to show them?
