May I know your property is a 4RM or 5RM?
Based on recent transactions in your area, you can take them as reference.
For 4RM, $1600 to $1900.
For 5RM, $1700 to $2200.
Usually rental will be based on furnishing options, house condition etc.
Btw I will advise you to open up your options. Nowadays it's rare to get corporate tenants thus even for personal lease, I will advise you to take in qualified tenants as well.
Usually property tax is payable by owners, be it is owner occupied or tenanted out.
