Hi,

If you are looking at long term stay in the condo, it may not be the best move as the en bloc may go through and you have to shift again within the next 1 or 2 years.

If this is about investment and there are condos nearby in the same location you are open to, it may be still worth considering.

May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

Hi,

It very much depends on whether the enbloc will go through. If it is confirmed to go through, then I would advise you not to proceed, as you will likely to incur hefty SSD charges and renovation fees (if you do renovation). You would likely be forced to shift house again, making this only a temporary home.

May I know at what stage of the enbloc is the condo undergoing? And also the chances of enbloc to go through?
