I am thinking of investing in old property which is already 29 years of 99 year lease property. Will the price be declined gradually over the time and how the bank load will be affected is the property is more than 35 year olds

Hi Mr Ng, It really depends on a few factors. Location, Price, Rental Potential and so on. When it comes to investment, we don't simply look at the figures on the surface, else you might miss some good opportunities or fall for a bad choice. In different investments, the gains are different, some big and some small, it also depends on your budget. The property that you are considering could be very attractively priced and worth buying. Feel free to share with me which property is it and I will be able to share with you my views and advise you further. You can SMS/Whatsapp/Call me at 86912345  or email me at bryanlee@era.com.sg.
