i am thinking of buying a condo for stay and renting my current hdb. should i get a new launch condo or get a just TOP condo? if i get the new launch condo which might top few years later, means i have to pay for the mortgage while not being able to reap the rental from my current hdb. but if i get the just TOP, i am afraid the balanced units are not to my favor(high floor, good view etc).
