I am the owner of the 4 room flat for 10years. My parents are staying with me with my wife n daughter. Can I rent out my masterbedroom? I, my wife n my daughter will be staying at my friend's condo. Please advise.

Hi Naru,

No issues with subletting of your master bedroom at all. But do remember to register with HDB under MyHDBpage under HDB website that you have sublet your room within 7 days after finding a tenant.
