I am the owner of a flat, which is rented out. I was wondering if Guru might have some advice about where to look for information about procedures and rules in the case of a rental dispute with the tennant

Since you have rented out your unit, you should have someone to represent you in the first place. Getting your salesperson involved might be the best possible solution.

Hi K,

All relevant agreements should have been spelt out clearly in the tenancy agreements unless you are looking for something very specific. If you have a salesperson who had assisted you in the rental of your unit, why not check out with him or her?
