I am staying Cluster house unit within District 5 ? What I do not understand is why transaction within this district is current hovering around 1K-1.5K range for Condo property, but for landed Cluster it is still lacking behind? Can someone enlighten me ?

Dear sir/madam,

The most probable reason is due to a bigger quantum for cluster housing where built-in size is typically above 2500sqf, therefore resulting $psf range will be lower than those of a condominium or apartment who have lower built-in area with a lower quantum. This phenomenon applies for majority of the properties islandwide.
