I am staying at 549 Jurong West St 42. Mid level facing the park. 1) Like some advise at current market condition, what will best ,renting out fully or selling?
2) Sell what would be the like valuation,after HIP completed.? say in the 580k valuation.?

Hi Mr Tan,

As long as you have an avenue to put your cash proceeds into after sale to roll back more income, I will suggest that you sell, however, if you have not got these planned worked out, I would advise you to rent provided you are a Singaporean.
