Good afternoon private property buyer! Unlike resale HDB purchase, there's no restriction for one to fulfill SPR status of 3 years so in fact you are well eligible to purchase a private property and usage of CPF OA funds is no problem. Why not let my panel of bankers to advise you on your in principle approval and we will work things out from there? Cheers! Hi, Yes you can buy private condo regardless of how long is your SPR status. Only if you buy a HDB then you are restricted. Now there are few launches which are reasonable priced.
