Unlike resale HDB purchase, there's no restriction for one to fulfill SPR status of 3 years so in fact you are well eligible to purchase a private property and usage of CPF OA funds is no problem. Hi, Yes you can buy private condo regardless of how long is your SPR status. Only if you buy a HDB then you are restricted. Now there are few launches which are reasonable priced.
