I am SPR have sold my HDB last year, i donot own any property in Singapore. Now i am looking forward to buy Condo. What will be stamp duty applicable? Will that incur ABSD?

After purchasing Condo, if my PR is not renewed, and do i have to pay ABSD applicable for foreigner?
