Hi there, if you do not renew your PR status, your Private Condo properties here in Singapore will not be affected.

The Banks will not have an issue either, they will just require information of your address etc, so that they may contact you should there be any issues regarding your mortgage loans. They of course prefer that there be some local forwarding address or contact person if possible. Many of my foreign property buyers have engaged services of a corporate secretary to handle such matters on their behalf, and forwarding of mail, and phone calls.
