I am single and own a hdb flat, and my girlfriend own a private condo with her name. We intend to get married, will it affect our property ownership?

Evening,

The simple answer is no. However, as your unit is HDB unit, you will have to fulfill the MOP requirement before you are allowed to move in with your girlfriend.

a friend of mine owns a condo. His gf owns a HDB (less than 2 years)
When they got married, HDB required them to register HIS name in the HDB since they now have a family neucleus.

Guess what, he was forced to sell his condo.
