For resale EC that just touch 5 years, there isnt any unit for sale at 600k as most are larger sized units. (ECs are built with families in mind). At your preferred price range of 600k, you are looking more at 1 bedroom private property options. You might want to adjust your price range.

There can't be workaround since your parents do not wish to include their names for family nucleus for new EC application.
