I am singaporean chinese small family with a 8yrs old child looking for a whole unit with NO OWNER or OWNER SELDOM STAY-IN, budget max. $1.7k for rent.
Alternative, if there is a master room with NO OWNER or OWNER SELDOM STAY-IN, budget max. $1.3K for rent.
We need a quiet environment. Light cooking must be allowed.
The locations that we are looking at are Boon Keng / Bendemeer / Geylang Bahru / Kallang Bahru / St George / Whampoa, near to Bendemeer Primary School.
Estimate move in August or September 2014. Long term staying, but start with 1yr contract, subject to extend.
