Good afternoon Alex, it's almost impossible to purchase a resale condo with your budget. Will you consider new launch 1 bedder instead? Maybe you can get 1 bedder? There are Santorini and Lakeville launching soon. If not you can consider Riverbank @ Fernvale or Rivertrees Residences.
