I am Singapore PR, 30yearold, Single. I have around 30k cash, and my CPF have around 90k. Can I afford to buy any condo (1/2 bedroom) for own staying?

My monthly salary around $3300, I still have home loan (around RM50k) at Malaysia. Am i eligible to get 80% loan.

Last Question, normally how much of the monthly maintenance fee for a condo. Just need a rough estimation
