Evening Ajar,

As you are buying properties within Singapore, you will have to abide by the local ruling. You are eligible for condo and apartment. Property rules in India cannot be practiced in SG. Standard stamp duty of 3% and Addition buyer stamp duty of 15% is applicable for foreigner.

Hello Mr Ajay,

Regarding the implications on your financials you can chk with your CA. And in Singapore when you buy as a foreigner you are supposed to pay Buyers stamp duty of 15%+3%.
