Hi, as a landlord renting out your unit, there is no other insurance for you to purchase with the exception of Home Insurance. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.

Dear landlord,

It depends on what you wished to be insured for. If there is an outstanding loan currently, I am sure a fire insurance should be in place. If you are renting out the premises with furnishings, then you should look into getting an insurance for your furnishings perhaps? As for the rest, you may want to speak to an insurance professional and see what is available before deciding.
