The varying prices are due to the various conditions of the properties available. Addresses along or near Holland Road usually commands a slight premium over the outskirts of Singapore as it is usually an area preferred by expatriates. I do have a couple of landed homes for rent within the Holland Road vicinity therefore if you are keen, perhaps I may show you around once your itinerary here for viewing is fixed. In terms of room for negotiation, perhaps you may wish to let me know what is a comfortable price range you are working on as well as what you are looking for in the landed home such that shortlistings can be made? As long as your offer for rent is no way below market value, you stand every chance to secure a unit you like.
