I am relocating back to Singapore and have a cat that so far doesn't scratch my furniture. I like to find a 1 BR condo rent whole unit if possible, move in condition. of course, clause can mention any damages to existing landlord's furniture, I'll pay. I am looking at 2 months from now. but cat will need about 4-6 months to be sent back to me from overseas. But right now making enquiries whether this is possible. Been renting places in the past decade I am overseas and I am a good tenant. Thanks in advance!
