i am ready to invest in resale condo but i am expecting 3 bedroom resale condo(1000-1100Sq.ft) for < s$750k-775k(with good rental yield). i heard that many sellers are selling their unit below the valuation(if not possible, also consider in future market). Is there is any unit available, pls reply me. If anyone is ready to update the market condition through mail then i am ready to give my mail id & also ready to invest only when the prices will be reduced 10-15%.
