I am reaching for any agents here who are able to advice me. I am planning to sell off my 1+1 sol acres unit as due to my divorce, I have to sell off my matrimonial flat. However, the 5 yrs MOP is only in March 2023. I have the care control for my 5 year old child..Am I able to appeal to sell off the unit before MOP and purchase a more affordable unit for me and my son?
