I am planning to sell my unit in Geylang Lor 28 but I have just signed a tenancy agreement for 2 yrs. Can I sell, if yes, then I will be disturbing my tenant on and off when there is a viewing, isn't it so? How much can it fetch at this current market, mine is about 50sqm with 2 bedrooms and a balcony.
