Hi, if the viewing schedule is not stated in the TA, it is very unlikely that the tenant would allow any agent to conduct viewing to any prospective buyer. In short, it is very hard for you to dispose off your unit during this 2 year period.

Standard TA does have a clause which indicates that landlord does have the right to arrange for prospective buyers for the unit during the period of the TA. However, prior proper communication need to be established.
In reference to that, it would still be subjected to the content within your TA.

Kindly refer to your TA to see whether are you allow to show any prospective buyers and can your unit sell with tenancy etc.

You should be able to do so if you take reference from a standard TA.

Maybe you can share more information with me so I will be in a better position to advise you the market price of your unit.
