Based on the lease period, 1 year lease would render 0.5 months commission while 2 years lease would mean 1 month commission payable. This is exclusive of GST payable.

It is always better to engage one salesperson to handle the rental of your unit to have a better control over your optimal price to prevent price wars. Consumers would want get to press for the lowest possible price which is highly plausible if you were to engage more than 1 salesperson.
