Hi,

You will need to set aside a minimum of 5% CASH and 15% CPF for the DOWNPAYMENT.

In addition, depending on your nationality and number of properties you own, the BUYER STAMP DUTY (BSD) and the ADDITIONAL BUYER STAMP DUTY (ABSD) if applicable.

As for your loan amount, you will need to speak to a mortgage banker on this. For a rough estimate, you can contact me. I can do a quick assessment for you.

The max loan amount attainable depends on the age, income, credit profile and any outstanding debt obligations you have at the moment.
