I am planning to buy a condo.while i was browsing ask guru section in propertyguru website, i came to know that the cheapest 3br condo is woodsvale in s'pore.can i know is there any specific reason why that condo is cheapest?

Hi Shri,

Some reasons why certain condos are cheaper.

- Location
- Lower starting pricing from launch
- Type of development

But basically, demand vs supply.
