I am planning to buy a condominium however I am confuse with 10% stamp duty. In my case, I am ex-PR and my sister is PR, if the unit is under my sister and me, do we need to pay 10% stamp duty? Thank you in advance for your answer..

Hi David

By ex-PR I assume you are now not a PR? Then I'm afraid you and your sister will need to pay the additional buyer stamp duty of 10% on top of the usual 3%.
