Hi Mr. Liew,

If you only looking at A Treasure Trove, a suitable time to look for sub-sale would be mid 2015, as all the buyers are affected by the Seller Stamp Duty. I believe no sellers will want to pay that 16% stamp duty to sell within this year. They will hold till TOP.
