Hi,

Did you try asking the landlord agent to screen shot to you those offer that came from you, which he suppose to put up to his or her landlord.

An offer that is properly put up includes the following:

1) Letter of Intent - All terms and conditions of offer are written up together with particulars of tenants and their background
2) 1 month rent as good faith deposit in form of cheque addressed to the landlord where if offer is accepted, landlord will keep the good faith deposit, otherwise good faith deposit will be returned to the tenant and the rejection section should be signed by the landlord as a formal rejection

Any of the conditions above not met, it is quite likely that offer put up may not be done proper as well as it lacks commitment on both ends.

Question is why will the landlord agent not put forward your offer to the landlord? Did you appoint any agent in this rental that represents you?
